The Ecuadorian fine-flavor cocoa variety Nacional Arriba is known for its delicate fruity and floral aroma. For our chocolate, we use only the best beans from our organically grown cocoa. It is cultivated in a diverse agroforestry system that also provides a valuable habitat for many animal species.
Our chocolate is crafted by the dedicated team of the award-winning startup HUMA Chocolate in Quito. Following a “bean-to-bar” approach, they carry out all production steps themselves, from the cocoa bean to the finished chocolate bar.
